Health coaches aren't allowed to give meal plans. Plus, I don't really like them.
I believe the way you learn how to do something new is by doing it. I'm full of ideas but I'm not going to make a menu for you.
What you will get are tip sheets with lists of things to eat, things to avoid, and foods you might be sensitive to.
I can't tell you what to do however if you want to create new habits you have to put some distance between yourself and those habits. Does that mean you can never have X again? No. You gotta die with a smile.
Coaching helps you find that balance of knowing how and when you can indulge, things to watch out for, and how to get back on track when you're veering from the goals you initially set.
