Believe it or not paleo nutrition is simply made up of nutrient dense whole foods. Nutrition is a key factor to support a woman’s health in their 40s and beyond.

Discovering what paleo could do for me I’m now using it to support the healthy aging process. What Is My Definition Of Healthy Aging? Giving the body what it needs to support your bodily functions.

Collectively we’re sicker than ever even though we have more information and gadgets. This is what I know for sure: repeating what doesn’t work isn’t going to suddenly make it work. As a certified primal health coach nearing her 50th birthday my goal is to help you discover better health like I did.

As your coach I serve as an educator and accountability partner. Since we’ve just met I don’t know enough about you to say what’s been holding you back.

Perhaps you’ve tried cutting calories repeatedly but you keep ending up back where you started. Maybe you’re struggling with an autoimmune issue and you’ve been told that food and lifestyle won’t change anything.

Over the years I’ve dabbled in Paleo, Primal, Keto, Whole 30, Autoimmune Paleo, and Carnivore diets. I don’t believe there’s one perfect approach for everyone; I believe in helping you discover the approach that works for you.

Meet Jen

After discovering how much food affected my chronic stiffness, joint pain, headaches, and energy level I became a Certified Primal Health Coach in 2016. Professionally I have a BS in Environmental Science. Working as an analytical chemist I was appalled to learn how much “stuff” they allow in our food supply.

I’ve been a medical massage therapist since 2002 and I taught anatomy and physiology for 6 years. I love downhill skiing, hiking, food, travel, and I’m working on my black belt in Taekwondo. #GenX
